5 lost his first tooth.  Two questions:  Out of nowhere, I started totally sobbing like a baby about this. Is this a normal reaction?  (Does not bode well for the impending first day of kindergarten.)   And, what’s the going rate on first lost teeth at your house?  The tooth fairy left $5.  But we made a point of noting that we think the fairy may pay a little more for the first tooth.
