Later this year my husband and I will be celebrating our ten year wedding anniversary.  For some time we have thought that ten years worth of marital bliss warrants a vacation of ever-so-slightly more lavish proportions than the weekends away we’ve taken in other years. 

Now that we’re in the early planning stages - we can’t decide where to go.  We are having trouble even isolating a few spots.  So I am posing this question to blogreaders everywhere - what’s a romantic destination for a five night trip, sans kids, within the continental United States some time in the fall, most likely late September?  Help.  Please.
