Courttv.com’s Hollywood Heat relates that the state of New York is cracking down on inappropriate lawyer ads, and proceeds to give an overview of some really memorable ones.

Don’t worry - I did not get stuck in a snowbank with a box of Caramel DeLites. I did, however, spend much of the last three days shoveling snow and building snow forts. During this time of winterwear-clad neighbors meandering the streets I was reminded that here in Minnesota we spend about 98% of our conversational time making small talk about the weather. The other 2% of our conversations revolve around how silly it is that we spend so much time talking about the weather.
